Shipping and Delivery
Policy
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. The items will ship according to your choice of shipment methods. We will notify you
if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days, and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped
together.
Returns and Refunds
Policy
We accept
returns within 20 days of purchase invoice date. All requests for returns
must be administrated by salesperson in charge of the account or a sales
manager. All returns must have a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)
number. Once you apply for a return, PELTAR CORP dba DAVTECH
Computer Center will issue a RMA, and communicate with the customer via Fax
or Email or U.S. Mail. PELTAR CORP. dba DAVTECH Computer Center will
provide the customer the RMA number(s), and address(es) to return the
product. Customer is responsible for the cost of freight and proper
insurance and packaging of the product(s) to the designated
warehouses. The returning product must include all the shipping and
packaging material originally supplied. We will not accept return
merchandize without a proper RMA number, or missing or incomplete
packages. All returns must be sent back to the appropriate warehouse
for accuracy on the account.
